absolutely the worst. the alarm unit they installed had been discontinued. like out of business. no longer supported. not only they didnt notify anyone about it when i run system update it locked me out so they were forcing me to buy newer version full pop. even though you pay them 30+ a month youre not guaranteed anything regarding system itself. they just want to lock you in for a term and after who freaking cares wyd

These guys are the biggest scam company especially the owner. Do not go to these guys for security system if you are planning to do rough wires in done on a new build find someone else. We were not even explained about what type of camera wires that were going to be installed, we had told him that’s it was our first house and we were going to install ring cameras and only needed rough and did not want their security system services. They did not tell us that these wires are not compatible with ring made us pay for every rough in also did not provide us with an invoice and now the wires are no good after moving into the house. Call the owner and he so unprofessional and disrespectful and he tells me that he explained all the services to us which is a big lie. Not sure how he would remember a customer 2 years back, considering him being super old. He did not want to own up to their mistake and did not even refund the money. I will consider giving the money for donation. I hope these guys close down soon. Anyways I wish they had zero stars coz they don’t deserve a one star rating. Please please save your money and go elsewhere. No wonder these guys have an overall 1 star rating.

I was recommended by a friend who lives in Brampton. When I called Reliance Security, the lady told me Mississauga is too far for the technician to go and install the system. Was she just being lazy to take the order or was she being racist. Maybe,you decide.
