  I’m disappointed with the service I received. Two days ago, I called the pharmacy twice to follow up on my prescription. During those calls, I also explained that my insurance provider had changed and offered to provide the new insurance information over the phone so it could be added to my profile. Unfortunately, the staff member was unwilling to help and told me I would have to come in person to provide the information. When I came to pick up my prescription today, nobody asked whether I had insurance coverage before processing the transaction. As a result, I ended up paying the full amount out of pocket. Now I have to spend additional time submitting a claim to my insurance company to get reimbursed. A simple question about insurance coverage, or entering the information when I called, could have avoided this inconvenience. I expected better customer service.

  I visited the store on Monday, November 24th at approximately 7:40 PM. I was disappointed with the level of service I received during my visit. I approached the cashier desk to ask for assistance in locating an item. The cashier, whose name I believe was Lilith (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), was noticeably impolite and spoke in an unprofessional manner. During checkout, she appeared disengaged, showing a clear lack of customer service. When I asked for a bag, it was placed in front of me in a dismissive way, which made me feel unwelcome. I hope this matter can be reviewed, as maintaining a polite, attentive, and welcoming attitude toward customers is a fundamental part of providing good service.
