  Adam, the salesperson, was absolutely amazing. I originally came in to buy a few tools individually, but he took the time to guide me through the sales that were available and helped me make the best choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He explained how to use the proper tools, educated me about the different options, and even showed me how to save money without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find someone who is more interested in helping the customer than just making a sale. Adam, I am truly impressed by your service, and I hope all the staff at RONA are like you because you set a very high standard. I also hope your management team sees this review because employees like you deserve recognition. In my opinion, you have the qualities of a leader and would do an excellent job in a management position. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. You turned a simple shopping trip into a great experience. 👏👏

  I visited RONA to get my paint shaken and was disappointed with the customer service. I asked politely for help, and one employee rudely said she was cutting boards and it would take 30 minutes. I then asked another employee, who said “one minute,” so I waited about 5 minutes. When I politely asked again how much longer it would take, the first employee responded rudely saying it would take 60 minutes, and then said, “If you interrupt, it will take even more time.” The second employee then said 5 minutes I understand staff can be busy, but the rude attitude, inconsistent answers, and lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating. If employees are overwhelmed, they should communicate respectfully or ask another staff member for help instead of speaking to customers this way.

  I had a great experience at RONA+ Calgary- Crossiron thanks to Shelly. She was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we asked for help. She quickly helped us find the right lawn mower and made the entire process fast and easy. Her positive attitude and happy smile really stood out and made the shopping experience enjoyable.
