Today, I bought a tint which was reduced to $4, but the cashier didn’t check and she charged me full price and I didn’t take the receipt ( my bad). I went to work and checked I was charged more and I went back and JAHANVI, talked to me so rudely that she even accused me with saying I stole and Where is the proof? This is so rude and unprofessional and I am so disappointed as I am an usual customer at this location. But I would never return now. She could have said it politely but her tone and attitude made the situation worse. I really hope that you guys take some action towards her so that this never happens to anyone.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are consistently rude and frequently short on prescribed medication. There is absolutely no consideration or flexibility shown, even in reasonable situations — for example, being asked to pick up two long-standing prescriptions on the same day instead of being forced to return the next day. This was despite the fact that I have been prescribed this medication for over 20 years and had recently written my car off in a serious accident. During my most recent visit, a pharmacy employee (female, approximately 35–40, short light-coloured hair) yelled across the store at me, repeatedly shouting “STORE IS CLOSED” and then yells my name as if I’m a bad dog, “STORE IS CLOSED — GO! NOW!” while I was calmly grabbing my last item from a shelf. This behaviour was humiliating, aggressive, and completely inappropriate. I asked other staff members whether this type of conduct is normal, and they confirmed it is not. Front-end staff are polite and friendly, but the pharmacy itself is consistently hostile and difficult to deal with. This is not how patients — especially those relying on essential medication — should ever be treated. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The pharmacy staff clearly do not care about their customers.
