My partner and I went to find some fragrances and were helped by Susanne. She was super knowledgeable and knew her stuff! We told her our fragrance collection and everything she recommended we absolutely loved. We ended up getting more than we expected :) great customer service Susanne, we will be back 😀

I find everytime I come to this location I always have an issue of some sort. The last time I was in here, I was looking for a present for my sister-in-law in the beauty products in aisle 1. I went to the worker a blonde girl, but she seemed to be busy and distracted, looking at herself in the mirror then a gentleman another worker came and starts talking to her so I left thinking I’ll just come back later so I went to the aisle over when I could hear them yelling about how they’re gonna break up and they don’t want to talk to each other anymore and felt like I was in a middle of a romance show. I ended up leaving and getting the help I needed at Aspen location will be going on there from now on much better staff and service there no Tele Novella’s like this one seems to always be something going on at this location and staff aren’t the best. Too much drama and dating going on between workers. Customers are just left to help themselves.
