I came to get prescription drug and gave my CanadaLife insurance card. The pharmacist “Bernard” was rude and giving me a look. He reacted like he saw the name CanadaLife first time and said right away that my Canada life card is incomplete. When I asked what else is needed, he couldn’t answer anything. He discussed with other staff, who clearly knew how to make it work. His attitude was very rude and bad, it’s ok if you don’t know but why you are behaving bad with customers. The worst Pharmacist I have ever seen in Canada!!

I would like to give an appreciation to a beauty advisor here Dominique and some of her colleagues. They are very approachable and willing to give you as much as information when you have a question. I went to the beauty mingle yesterday and Dominique was going through all the information that I need on my skin based on the test. And she also politely introduced me on the product that might help me and she was the only one among all the sales that I’ve been to all the shoppers in Calgary that will write down the parfum tester spray on your notes so you will not forgot what was those. Such a small gesture but makes a difference! I ended up buying a lancome parfume set with a gift with 20x points! Happy mothers day to me : )

The Pharmacy is absolutely full of the most incompetent and rude staff to ever work in a Shoppers. They will give you wrong meds, wrong dosages, hang up on you, not answer the phone, put you on hold for an hour, duck down behind pharm counters pretending not to see you, fail to do THEIR job and contact dr's for refills, make you return on average 3 times before they get a Rx correct... i could go on. I attempted on 2 separate occasions to discuss all these shocking issues with the pharmacist owner. She did not care and told me to go talk to someone at the pharmacy because she was part-time. Wow. Instead, I just moved my account elsewhere after an extremely frustrating 18 months. At my new pharm, I have never been so happy to pay more, with fewer hours of service than to deal with Shoppers North Hill Pharmacy ever again. They are going to hurt someone someday because there is very limited expertise, interest in the public, nor accountability to be found there. So long and Be Careful People.
