Shoppers Drug Mart is super convenient with a pharmacy, Canada Post outlet, and surprisingly solid fresh food options. I do wish there were more ready-to-go sandwiches and quick meals, but overall it’s a great location in the Beltline neighbourhood.

After a long day AT work, i forget whipping cream for dinner. i run down to the shoppers, a block from my condo to get some. my partner and i (indigenous) are now getting followed by the security guard. HIGHLY PROFILING US. mind you my partner still has her business clothes on (very professional). horrible service, wouldn’t recommend going here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location when attempting to redeem a perfume gift set. The clerk named Karen was rude and made me feel as though I was doing something wrong or attempting to steal, despite me having a valid redemption. I am a regular customer at Shoppers Drug Mart and spent approximately $500 on my previous visit. During this visit, I was simply trying to redeem a gift, yet I was treated in a dismissive and judgmental manner. She also refused to provide me with a gift receipt, which is standard customer service. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect respectful and professional service, especially as a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard.
