Was in the store for the first time as I was in the area doing other business. Tried to purchase an item that was sale priced on my pc points app of which they refused to honor. I was able to make my purchase at the homesteader shoppers. I noticed that this shoppers location has one of the lowest review ratings of the many numerous shoppers drugs in the city. Won't be returning.

Went in to grab some new make up. Spent about 20 minutes finding a foundation that I liked. Ended up just getting setting powder and went up to the till to pay. Mardy came up to ring me through and while she was ringing me through let me know I could've paid at the cosmetics counter with an extremely rude tone. I explained no one was there, and hadn't been the entire time I was in the cosmetics area. Then, again, with attitude she says well she's there now. So I turn around and no one is at the cosmetics counter. So I said (at this point I have a tone as well cause of her) well I'm paying here, is that a problem? More attitude back saying well so you don't have to wait, I was just letting you know. I just grab my stuff and walk out and she continues to give me attitude all the way until I'm at the door. In front of other customers and staff. I don't care about waiting a couple minutes for someone to get there. It was very apparent she just didn't want to do her job and seemed mad I interrupted her shift of doing nothing.

Very rude and arrogant service (pharmacy). The lady who served me was clearly doing me a favor because she said she wouldn't serve me. Clearly, customer service isn't her strong suit. Avoid this place! I'm calling the manager tomorrow to complain. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way on this day.
