Every interaction that I have had with Christina has been wonderful! She is helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. Always smiling! I look for her every time I come in for my makeup and beauty products. I really appreciate the time Christina takes with me and no time do I feel rushed along. She answers all my questions and makes fantastic recommendations which I am truly grateful for. It is completely obvious that Christina enjoys what she does and she is so incredibly good at it! Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Was told to expect an hour wait time for a prescription which is already more than double the wait at any other pharmacy I have experienced. After receiving no text from them for over 2 hours I returned and was informed it would be at least 2-3 more hours. They then gave me just long enough to get out of the building and head home before finally sending the text to confirm it was ready, making me turn around and head back again. Horrible service and ludicrously overpriced merchandise is their specialty. I have never once had a positive experience here and will never be back. EDIT/Update: it gets worse. They didn't even reconstitute the medication they dispensed so I had to go to ANOTHER PHARMACY to get it properly prepared. The pharmacist also did not provide a consult about the medication on dispensing either, instead I was waved away for the next customer in line and ignored. All of this for a medication being dispensed for a TWO YEAR OLD. Absolutely unethical and incompetent. You can save your automated replies, I'm more likely to contact the college of pharmacists for investigation than I am to engage with your customer "service" if it can even be called that.
