Convenient place to get bus tickets downtown when the LTC office is closed. Good price on milk, but most groceries are so expensive. I feel really bad for people who love downtown and don't have affordable groceries nearby. I feel like Shoppers takes advantage of people who can't get to the further away stores for food, knowing they have no choice but to pay the high prices.

The Pharmacy has a few good Pharmacists, and I have no complaints. Cosmetics has Maggie, and she will treat you well until you stop buying products. Knowledge isn't her strong suit. Her side kick, Mel, is a interesting person. She came very close to ending my life. I was hunched over my cart, desperately trying to remain standing and conscious, in the corner of the Post Office. A no. of staff asked if I was okay, and when I said no, they chuckled and walked away. One of them offered to help, and I asked if they could stop the floor cleaner, as it was triggering a seizure. He phoned the manager, and they said no. The only word that came out my mouth was "idiot". I had to get out, so I grabbed my milk and went to the self checkout. That's when Mel, from Cosmetics, who knew me well, came up to me, with 4 or 5 employees, and started yelling at me about calling the staff idiots. I couldn't believe it. She wasn't anywhere to be seen, when this occurred. Did they all get together and accuse me of calling them all idiots? I told her I was Seizing, and they all stood there staring. I got out in time to save myself. I don't speak to any staff now. I've been a well liked, weekly customer, for 7 years. The floor staff have always seemed angry and bothered by any inquiries. Nowadays I grab what I need and get out. There are no other options downtown. If you live with migraines or seizures, wear a mask, because the fumes are strong and plentiful. Call 911 yourself, as the staff, even one in the Pharmacy, are oblivious.

I went there to ask the prices for an express service delivery to my country and the lady that had a long hair and in braids, she clearly didnt want me to be asking things. For two pieces of document paper she asked for 100$. She did not explain anything and just told me to check it online. When I went there so that someone could better explain it to me.Even though I said thank you she just looked at us as of we were inconveniences. Even though I really needed to send my papers urgently, I was truly pissed with her that I just left. The lady in the counter was much more accomodating. Truly the worst customer service experience I had.
