Wanted to come in to get baby wipes for my child. I came exactly at 11:58 there were customers in the store. The lady said she did not care and locked the door. I told her I needed 1 thing and she said NO! This old lady should get fired she works in a retailer that sells health and wellness items and should learn to accommodate especially when it's a baby!

Apparently you can't even browse here. I was approached by an employee who asked me "Can I help you find something?" I answered him no. Then he said to me "I'm going to have to ask you to leave. We've had trouble with you before." (Lie). Then he made a motion toward me almost grabbing my arm. That's very close to assault. Do not shop here. They put everything as though it's a sale price and it's just regular prices as other stores. The incident happened Wednesday February 25 1:39 pm. This "employee" had no identifying badge and an unkempt appearance. This event is well documented on the store's security cameras. Shoppers has asked me to call a toll free number but I am not going to sit on hold for several hours. They should respond to my email I submitted through their contact form.

@winnieL It’s interesting how experiences can differ so much. Kelsey has always been nothing but kind, professional, and incredibly helpful to me. She goes out of her way to make sure customers are taken care of, which is exactly why I keep coming back. She’s the reason I trust this pharmacy. One interaction doesn’t erase the amazing service she provides daily.
