I had a great shopping experience today thanks to Claudia. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave me excellent advice and took the time to help me find the best products for my post-microneedling treatment. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care made my experience truly wonderful. I really appreciate all the time and effort she put into helping me. Thank you, Claudia, for making my visit such a positive experience! 😊

Let me give you an example of what dealing with this pharmacy is like. My husband had his doctor call to request a medication be filled early as it was due for refill while we would be out of the country on our honeymoon. The doctor requested it be ready for pickup on a Thursday. We call on Thursday to see if it’s ready and they say no, it will be ready on Saturday (we were leaving for our flight at 4am on Sunday so this was cutting it close). We go to pick the medication up on Saturday, finish packing our things and leave for our honeymoon. My husband goes to take his medication the following day and notices that the bottle says they owe him 100 pills. They gave him only 20 out of the 100 tablets he was supposed to receive and DIDN’T TELL HIM! Now we’re on our honeymoon in Mexico without enough medication for our stay and my husband has had to cold turkey stop a medication that he relies on. As you can imagine, that is causing unpleasant side effects. Not to mention, it’s a medication for PTSD. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe what it’s like dealing with this location.

I had an appointment today with pharmacist for a medication refill at 2:45. I checked in 3 minutes late with the lady with glasses and bright green socks. My husband and I waited patiently while multiple other people were called back that checked in after I did thinking maybe I was being punished for being late or something. Finally after an hour of waiting, I walked up to green socks girl (I didn’t catch her name) and asked when I would be seen as my appointment was an hour ago. She tried to tell me that I never signed in. She looked at me for an hour and tried to tell me that I never signed in?! She never asked me if she could help me in that time. She knew why my husband and I were sitting there. She was extremely rude. She said that she wasn’t the one I spoke to, when I promise you that I didn’t sit there long enough to develop dementia at 43 and forget those bright green socks! Your staff need manners and customer service skills. I went home and used Maple instead. It costs zero dollars to be a decent person. Merry Christmas to you
