Please do not have your photos taken at this location. Staff is extremely rude and have no patience, specially with kids. Do yourself a favor and go to the ups store on the same plaza. Better customer service and actually care about the photos taken

I would like to file a complaint regarding an employee at a Canada Post branch. Unfortunately, her behavior was disrespectful and her treatment of us was very poor. We felt discriminated against and racist during our conversation. She also used inappropriate language and a manner of speaking unbecoming of a customer service employee. We respect all employees and expect respectful and humane treatment for everyone without discrimination. Therefore, I request that you review this matter and take appropriate action to prevent this behavior from happening to others. Date of Incident:2026/05/227 pm

I’ve attempted to give this location multiple chances but I’m officially done. Just as the previous reviews mentioned an employee called Kimberly has been showing unbelievable behaviour and attitude. This woman treats customers like a nuisance and causes shopping experiences to become unbearable. Not to mention I’ve witnessed her verbally abusing fellow employees on multiple occasions, being extremely rude and aggressive over small mistakes or inquiries. Please for the sake of your own stores reputation and the experience of future customers do something about her entitlement and attitude, a person like this should not work in any jobs that require her to regularly interact with other people.
