  A thousand kudos to Mausam Naik (pharmacist at 2515 Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy). She met me on time for my appointment, assessed me thoroughly and promptly prescribed what I needed. I am deeply grateful for her kindness and compassion in dealing with my issue. Thank you.

  I used to avoid using the Xanada Post outlet at this location because of the older lady that worked behind the counter had horrible demeanor. I recently went back a couple of times and don't think shes around anymore, which I hope is true. The young girls that are here now, were professional and helpful. I can't speak for the rest of the store as I don't like spending my money on marked up items

  Very disappointing experience at the Shoppers Drug Mart mainly due to the conduct of Henedy and the manager, Glenna. Henedy was rude and condescending and refused a valid return, When I asked to speak to a manager, Glenna did not handle the situation professionally. Instead of addressing the issue, she went as far as calling me “abusive,” which was completely inaccurate. Both of them also asked me to wait for another manager, which unnecessarily wasted my time instead of resolving a straightforward issue. It was a horrifying interaction that was completely unnecessary and could have been handled much more professionally. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional overall. I have since escalated this matter to corporate, Consumer Protection Ontario, and the Better Business Bureau. That said, I would like to acknowledge Patricia, who has always been extremely professional and kind. I have been her client since 2019, and she consistently provides excellent service. I only wish she had been present during this interaction I hope this feedback is taken seriously, particularly regarding how customer concerns are handled and how staff communicate with customers
