  I’ve been coming to this location for years, and the older man at the Canada Post counter constantly tells customers to “come back tomorrow.” Almost every time I need something, there’s a reason why it can’t be done that day. Most recently, I was told to come back another day for a important purchase during business hours, but I went elsewhere and got it done immediately. This issue needs to be addressed. Customers come here because they need things done now, not to be told to come back tomorrow. Repeatedly sending customers away is frustrating and a waste of people’s time.

  I had a very long day with my mum at the hospital… phone dead and I couldn’t for the life of me find my mothers prescription (I believe I left it at the Rexall @ Bay/ College) . I told Maha Kamel what had happened (she was the lead Pharmacist on duty). Maha, lent me her personal phone to try and contact the pharmacy I thought I left my mother’s prescription at. Maha, is a great person and I hope Shoppers values having such a helpful and solid employee. Thxs Maha, greatly appreciated. -S Sullivan
