I went in just to buy a moisturizer and ended up leaving with a whole new skincare routine thanks to Shima—and honestly, it was the best decision. Shima is absolutely amazing, so professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every product, show me the textures, and helped me build the perfect routine for my skin type. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing and really cares about helping people. I ended up buying more than I planned, but I’m so happy I did because after only a few days, my skin already feels so much better. She honestly worked magic with my routine. She is the sweetest beauty advisor I’ve ever met, and I’ve already recommended her to all my friends. I’ll definitely be going back to see her again. Thank you so much, Shima—you are the best.

Edit: I walked in the store again and Roksana took such good care of us! She seemed highly knowledgeable about all things beauty. Ended up purchasing and left the store in a good mood. She is 10/10 on customer service.

Staff at pharmacy are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. This location is such a missed opportunity though - lack of Canada Post is wild! I also agree with others who have commented about the accessibility ramp - so out of touch.
