I have had curt and unfriendly encounters at this pharmacy twice now. I won't return. Today - no smile, ignored at counter without so much as a "I'll be right with you", no "thank you" after paying (I said thank you...). Left me feeling like I had done something wrong by just showing up at the counter to pick up a prescription. Id prefer to spend my money where poeple are helpful and courteous.

Went in today in need of nicotine patches after having wisdom teeth removed. The man working at the counter denied me the free nicotine cessation program because I wasn't "actually trying to quit", and then also denied my health insurance coverage (which covers $300 lifetime for nicotine cessation products.) He was incredibly short with me on a day where I was in pain and already short on patience on account of not having access to nicotine. Went to Pharmasave across the road and received awesome service there. Thanks again Shoppers! 👎
