I’ve had a bad experience today with the security following me down and employees sending security to my aisle when I’m alone. I’m a young Indigenous woman and it has been a problem with the employees and security for months of flagging me in store and I fear it may only be because of my ethnic group. I only needed melatonin and picking it up after work alone is my only option and I always feel very uncomfortable as if I’m constantly being watched. I’m a very honest person so I would like to speak with the HR, DM or anyone above the store. The cashier didn’t make my situation any better when I had told her the issue, she just told my Filipino boyfriend to come with me next time but that didn’t make me feel any better because it means they’re going to keep doing what they’re doing. If anything would happen like this again I would like to take legal actions about the discrimination I experience the last 8 times I have visited the store. Thank you, I will be waiting for your response.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Front-end staff incorrectly recorded my date of birth—even after I corrected them—confusing both the month and the details provided. This is a fundamental error when handling personal health information and raises serious concerns about competence and accuracy. When I pointed this out, the response was not to correct the mistake or take responsibility, but to become defensive and escalate the situation. The pharmacist then chose to support the error rather than address it, effectively dismissing a legitimate concern. This is not a minor issue. In a pharmacy setting, attention to detail is critical. If staff cannot accurately record basic identifying information, it calls into question the reliability of everything else, including prescription handling and patient safety. What is most concerning is the apparent culture of defensiveness—where mistakes are protected by pharmacists instead of acknowledged and corrected. That erodes trust and creates unnecessary risk. I expect accountability, professionalism, and a clear commitment to accuracy when dealing with something as serious as medications and personal health information. March 30: This was not a misunderstanding, and it was not a minor service issue—this was a direct reflection of how poorly this business is being run. You have a pharmacist on staff who does not just tolerate incompetence, but actively protects it, excuses abusive behavior toward customers, and reinforces a workplace culture where unprofessional conduct is normalized. That is not a staffing issue—that is a leadership failure. Being told to “take my business elsewhere” is not only unacceptable, it is an admission that neither you nor your staff are willing—or capable—of meeting even the most basic standards of professionalism. Instead of addressing issues, your pharmacist deflects, dismisses, and drives customers away. What makes this even more serious is that the treatment I received raises concerns about discriminatory conduct. The tone, dismissiveness, and hostility I experienced went well beyond poor customer service and into treatment that no customer should be subjected to. That is not something I take lightly. If this is how customers are treated based on who they are, or how they are perceived, then this is no longer just a service issue—it becomes a matter of professional and ethical accountability. What is equally obvious is your lack of oversight. When management is absent or disengaged, standards collapse—and that is exactly what has happened here. You have allowed the wrong people to represent your business, and the result is arrogance, incompetence, and open hostility toward customers. This is not an isolated incident. This is a culture problem that has been allowed to take hold under your watch. I will also be raising this matter at my band office to be raised at the next band council meeting so others are aware of how customers are being treated and can make informed decisions. You can ignore this, but understand the consequence—you are choosing to build a reputation defined by poor service, unprofessional conduct, and conduct that raises serious concerns about discriminatory treatment toward Status individuals. That reputation will follow you.

The most horrendous customer service from a pharmacist at this location today. Someone who should be a resource and a community pillar, was absolutely disgusting. This was the worst, most demeaning encounter and I will never go back. I am shocked.
