Was hesitant due to some bad reviews. But gotta say, Doug Durnin was really good. Not pushy at all. Helped me load the mattress to the back of my truck. They had some good deals on discontinued Casper mattresses. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Cherry at Sleep Country was amazing. She was very helpful, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Cherry was also very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone!
