  I went in last Thursday to find a pillow that worked. I was long overdo. My sales associate Sarah H was absolutely great to work with. She caught on what I was looking for and gave me a couple of testers based on our conversation. I ended up with a pillow from Endy. A decently priced pillow and I knew right away this was the feel I was expecting. I have bought my mattress from them many years ago and I love that the staff is really friendly, not trying to upsell and really listen to their customers. I even found out I had a cleaning clause that I hope to make use of from my Tempur-pedic! The best part of the new pillow is after the first night I didn't toss and turn with neck pian and still so far so good after night 3. It is worth having a pillow consult!

  We purchased a new split king bed from the Sleep Country located at 4335 Strandherd Drive in Nepean Ontario on December 15th 2025. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and decided that it was time to invest in the most comfortable bed that we could find. We were helped in store by Brian Hoffman. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and just plain pleasant to chat with. He spent quite a bit of time helping us to find the right mattress and adjustable base for us, describing and demonstrating all of the various available features and answering all of our questions. We did not feel at all rushed or pressured into purchasing extra items or protective coverages. To be honest, we did actually buy most of the extra things that he recommended, but Brian did not hard sell anything. He simply explained in detail each of the available options and let us decide on each one. There was no pressure to change our minds if we declined anything, which I really liked. The bed arrived 2 days later and the actual delivery and set up was also very good. The delivery guys were extremely professional, polite and friendly. They removed our old bed for repurposing, asked about our preferences for setting up the new bed and then answered any questions before leaving. We have had delivery people struggle with getting a king mattress out of the master bedroom, down the stairs and out the door in the past, but not these guys. They were clearly very experienced and good at what they do. We are very happy with our new bed. It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. I needed next level comfort, which is exactly what we got. The mattress is super comfortable on its own, but pairing it with our first adjustable base is honestly a game changer. If I regret anything, it would probably be that I didn’t do this sooner. And they all lived happily ever after. The end. :)
