My wife and I were in sudden need of a new mattress and we decided give Sleep Country on Yonge at King a try on a Sunday afternoon. We were warmly greeted by a nice gentleman named Ahu, who was prompt and ready to assist on finding the right mattress for us! He allowed us to try quite a few with maximum flexibility, which was very kind since we were are rather sensitive sleepers. His patience was greatly appreciated after nearly an hour (lol) and was clear and concise on how the payment and shipment process would work out. We then decided to purchase a beautiful headboard as a deal was offered alongside the purchase of the mattress. Our bedroom looks more exquisite than ever before, and of course, our mattress is indeed comfortable. The only new challenge I have is pushing myself out of bed! Thank you Sleep Country and Ahu!

If I can give zero I would! The cancel my order and didn’t offer me anything. And the manager yelled at me. Also I’ve been talking to four different customer services to help me and not one helped me. I made arrangements for delivery, and they canceled last minute when I had to arrange the elevator of my apartment. They didn’t even way my delivery. They never responded back to me to help and claimed they were busy. I will never buy anything from sleep country again. I’ve been dealing with this for four weeks where I can’t sleep on my bed.
