Horrible in store service and experience. Older female staff made rude comments about me trying to use a gift card because they know they won’t get as much commission. Only once she heard me say I wanted to go to another Sleep Country, she changed up her attitude. Also, don’t trust their “online only” description. I saw the exact same product in store. When I called to clarify, their excuse is that it’s online only as in “the refund process is online”, so you can’t return in store. Will not be buying from them again, super shady.

Absolutely Brilliant. Jeet was a pleasure to deal with. She answered all my questions with patience and in detail. She is a true professional who knows her product. My mattress arrived quickly and without incident. Special thanks to Carlos for the early morning delivery and quick set up. I was able to get on with my day. Truly a 5 star customer experience at all levels. This is my bed and mattress store from now on!

I had a very disappointing experience with Sleep Country. We purchased a single mattress, and the delivery was initially promised for Wednesday. Then it was postponed to Thursday, and after that, delayed again until Sunday. Not only did they fail to meet the delivery timeframe they committed to at the time of purchase, but they also told us that the mattress could only be delivered five days later. When I said I would cancel the order due to these repeated delays, their response was shockingly dismissive. They simply said that I had “the right to do whatever I want,” instead of offering a solution or showing any concern. As someone who suffers from back pain, this situation is completely unacceptable. I am now expected to sleep on the floor or stay in a hotel for five days because of their failure to deliver as promised. This is not a minor inconvenience, it directly affects my health and well-being. I expected professionalism, reliability, and basic customer care from a company like Sleep Country. Unfortunately, this experience showed none of those. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
