She went completely above and beyond for us and worked incredibly hard to give us an amazing deal that we truly appreciated. Customer service like this is rare these days. We never felt pressured, and every question we had was answered with honesty and care. She made the entire experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. If I could give no star I would. I got a mattress and I've had it for about 3 months and I've had to switch which end I've been sleeping at the mattress both times because for some reason the end of the mattress starts to tilt down so wherever my head is which is the least heavy part of my body the mattress is sinking so much so that you can visually see how badly the end of the mattress is drooping down to the floor. On both ends now. In 3 months time. I should not have to buy a new mattress every 3 months. Sleep Country should be ashamed of themselves. Garbage mattresses.

We came in to get our mom a good quality pillow as a birthday present. The gentleman who helped us was amazing! You could tell he was highly experienced, he was patient and asked us a lot of questions in order to give us some solid options to test out. We even left with a mattress which we didn’t plan to buy since it worked out for us and he made the process a breeze. I’d highly recommend this location.
