Sleep Easy CPAP is a family business, which doesn't affect the experience in the way you would expect. Randy, Ryan and Connie all make the effort to make you feel at home in their clinic. I feel happy to commute there to chat with them, and I always feel like I am being taken care of. Whenever I had problems, they went out of their way to help me. For instance, in the first consultation, I took some testing equipment home to test if I really had sleep apnea. The problem was that I was suffering from insomnia, which made it difficult to get 4h of continuous measurements they required to make the diagnosis. Hearing that, they happily allowed me to keep the equipment for a few more days. I am glad I am their patient!

I was referred to Sleep Easy CPAP by my prosthodontist. Randy, Connie, and Ryan were very professional, kind, and accommodating. They were able to book me in very quickly for a take-home sleep test, and the results were sent to my family physician within the next week. They provided extensive education on sleep apnea, the risks associated with no treatment, and the health benefits of using CPAP to correct the sleep apnea. They offer a one to two week CPAP trial period and also provide follow-up visits to troubleshoot issues, review response to treatment, and answer any questions. I did not feel pressured or obligated to purchase a CPAP machine at any point during our visits; however, in the end I decided to purchase from them as I felt it would improve my sleep and overall health and functioning. I am still slowly adjusting to the CPAP machine, but I feel reassured that I can reach out to them if I require any additional assistance.

From beginning with Ryan with my trial and my final meeting with Randy and receiving my new machine has been flawless. Their professionalism and knowledge is top notch. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company
