Went in looking for a bed frame for my mattress I had previously purchased at a nearby store. The sales guy went on to tell me how I got such a bad deal from the other store without even knowing what exact mattress I had and how latex mattress cause respiratory issues which is not true at all. Instead of helping us and being useful, he went on to try to make me feel as bad as possible about my mattress purchase. At the end, after wasting our time spewing his nonsense, he told us that he did not have any bed frames that could work with my mattress. So extremely unprofessional

When looking for a mattress, we did a lot of price and product comparison with Sleep Mart and it’s competitors down the street. Hunter and the team at Sleep Mart were the only people who gave us an honest fact-based assessment about the products, without embellishment, and did not try to “oversell” us. Hunter was sincere, trustworthy, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and lovely. He introduced us to the Plasma bed, which we had never tried before, and we were sold. He listened to our needs and our price point, gave us an incredible deal, and set us up with the best product that fit our budget! Buying a mattress should be a positive experience - from the service, to the product, to the sales manager Hunter, we could not be more satisfied. Amy and John

Back in June of 2024 I was in the beginning stages of purchasing a bed. After looking at online options and going in person to other stores, I went into Sleep Mart, Broadway location. Wasn't expecting anything but that's when I met with Hunter. In talking with him he educated me on what I should be looking for. After some hemming and hawing I purchased a bed and mattress from the store, haven't looked back. Thank you both Sleep Mart and Hunter.
