Recently figured out how important a quality sleep is( book《Why we sleep》) and determined to buy a good mattress. So grateful that I found it from Sleep Shop. Always supporting local and was amazed to find Nature's Rest, Wind mattress, from the top organic cotton cover to the Talalay latex support layer, all natural pocket coils mattress. You definitely could not miss it. Last but not least, I really appreciated Shreya, one of their very nice and patient staffs, for her kind introduction and coordination for the deal and delivery. Do look for her if you are planning to buy a mattress there.

They were very patient and let me lie on the mattress quietly. After buying it and sleeping on it, I found it was still too soft. When I went back to the store, they were very patient and recommended another mattress, which reassured me, and I exchanged it for a different one. I highly recommend buying mattresses from here. I recommend this salesperson"Doreen "who speaks Chinese.

I love my new bed. I purchased a Nature's Rest Hybrid mattress, a simple platform base with 2 drawers, and a mattress cover. It is considered medium soft but it is firm enough for me. You really have to try them. Doreen and her boss were very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure. They welcomed me to take my time, lay on the beds and answered my many questions. Doreen was able to narrow down the choices to 3 beds that could suit my needs. I wanted Canadian made, natural fibres if possible, and service to include delivery and disposal of my old mattress, box spring and metal frame. They gave me a very good deal that covered everything. The delivery was on time. The two delivery men assembled it all quickly and neatly. They were very professional. It felt good to deal with a local business.
