I ordered a obus forme professional body massager. I thought I was getting the one that the pictured showed but got a different one altogether. I was told by Fred the reason I didn't get the one that showed in the picture was because there website is outdated. I asked about returning the massager however you could only get a refund as long as the box wasn't opened and I would have to pay for the shipping charges which would cost about $30 or more to return. I did open the box as I wanted to see the actual massager. I asked to be compensated for some money back but no reply. Buyer beware of this company as on there website there is no return policy advertised and if I had of known beforehand you can get this same item on Amazon for $89.97 plus tax and free shipping and this company charged $139.99 plus $15.00 for shipping plus tax totaling $175.14. Not happy with this company at all.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. They are on the list of recommend suppliers from MS clinic at St. Mikes. Called a few places before reaching them. They are by far the best. Oksana took my order, Fred provided estimate for insurance company and Jamal installed equipment perfectly. All done in a matter of days with excellent communication. If you need any medical equipment, call Surge Medical dirat!
