We got 2000 $ worth of wood delivered to the house and all of it is SHIT, dry & cracks going from one side on the 2x10 to the other I dont no how many piece that are able to be used. Great team of people picking wood out for customers that dont have a truck to pick up or return the junk you send to people. Paying 10 plus $ for pressure treated wood that isnt even useable. And to mention out of the whole stack of wood I received maybe 10 piece are actually straight.

Went into grab one item with my infant in tow. Noticed it was really busy before I even parked. However there were so many workers. Everyone was friendly, directed me exactly where I needed to go. Everyone I passed greeted me. A whole vibe. Wish I had more shopping to do 😅

Recently ordered a patio set & outdoor umbrella and specifically asked before paying if the set came assembled. I was told yes. I also wasn’t told that its curb side drop off! The delivery guys were going to dump it at the end of my driveway! There’s no way I could have moved 3 large heavy boxes by myself so thankfully they took everything to the back deck. It’s freezing outside, very windy & calling for rain. I have to get this furniture assembled and protect the cushions from the elements as well as somehow discard of these huge boxes. Completely dissatisfied with this mess. Called to complain about the deceitful delivery and was told they would get someone to call me back. That didn’t happen either. How much money do I have to spend to get proper customer service? You dropped the ball Home Depot.
