Went here to get help for a 93 yr old. All they wanted to do was sell a computer to her. She has difficulty working a cell phone.

My low vision parent made an expensive purchase that didn’t work for them. The items were returned within 30 days, with every single piece of packaging, yet we were charged a 20% restocking fee, to the tune of $500!! However, the refund check was almost $700 less than the purchase, because they charged us the tax amount, which is actually illegal. When I called to tell them of their mistake, we received no apology, and they did not seem surprised that we called them out on it! I wonder how many other people they have taken advantage of.
