My experience with the snore shop has been great so far. The first day that I went there, I didnt book an appointment I just showed up (which you're not supposed to do but I wasnt aware at the time). Even though I didnt book an appointment, Deanna was very kind and accommodating, she helped me get set up for a sleep test right then and there so that I wouldn't have to come back another day for the appointment.

Had to get some replacement parts today and, as always, had a great experience. There was a friendly new face at the desk and I was very happy to meet the delightful gem of a human known as Steffi! Very sad to know she's only temporarily filling in here as her home office is out west. Wonderful chat, and customer service was just as great ☺️ Thanks for making my day, Steffi!
