Customer service receptionist lied about the contact Johanne being busy and cannot take a call or leave a message and then when I said I would be at the office in 15 minutes she says that she is off this day, Friday 12-12-2025. I requested my sleep apnea report which she confirmed that she can send via email and repeated the email and I have not received it. I will be chargeback king my credit card company to reimburse me the monies.

My experience at VitalAir was very positive, especially with the respiratory therapist Jennifer. Jennifer made sure we fully understood our test results and how the device worked.
