Very unprofessional place. Yesterday, I spoke with a girl named Nicole, and she gave me an appointment for today. I was on speakerphone with my whole family hearing the conversation, and she confirmed the appointment twice. Today, I took my son out of school and went to the clinic, only to be told there were no doctors working today. The tall girl with black hair wearing red glasses was very aggressive and kept insisting there was “no way” they made a mistake and that I must have misunderstood. When she told me to bring my son back tomorrow, I explained that I was not going to take him out of school again because of another mistake. In front of everyone at Walmart, she started yelling, “Okay, I’ll cancel your appointment for tomorrow then.” Both employees were very unprofessional and unwilling to apologize or admit there had been a mistake. Human mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if they had simply apologized. Instead, they tried to blame me, which was not acceptable. I hope the doctor or management addresses this situation because patients deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.

Amazing customer service! They have fit both of my children and myself with glasses for many years. As well as, contact lenses for my daughter. I never feel rushed, and always have an amazing experience. You don’t feel like a number here, you actually matter and they want you to be satisfied. The warranty on lenses and frames is also a great bonus! We will always be customers of White Oaks Walmart Vision Center. Thank you for all you do and continue to do!

Went in for streaks of light filling my vision was dismissed by the optician that said no issue with lens shape(mind that he was just looking with some zoom). Got my glasses and thought "maybe I have yo get used to it" nope they do not fix the one problem I had. Won't go to that optician again. I felt like my input was just ignored(as if my eyes aren't attached to my opcipital lobe). Very disappointed. At least the techs were very nice.
