I recently purchased a Clearlight Sanctuary 1 Person Sauna with Red Light at Wellness Shop @ Jacuzzi Burlington and had a wonderful experience with Mandi Mladenovic. The overall buying process was extremely smooth as the wellness store was very well equipped with so many sauna, hot tub and other wellness equipment models. It seemed like a one stop shop that probably had all the wellness options and helped me choose my sauna as well as the associated red light therapy option. Mandi was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly professional that helped me finalize my sauna purchase in just one visit, which I rarely do especially with high value purchases. Overall 5 stars to Mandi and Wellness Shop, Burlington.

We did extensive research to find the best hot tub for value, and choosing Wellness was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through every detail without any pressure. She also worked with us to create a payment plan that fit our budget perfectly. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We were kept informed about delivery and installation, and everything happened exactly as scheduled. The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The follow-up service was outstanding. We received check-ins to ensure everything was running smoothly, along with a detailed guide on setup, chemicals, and long-term maintenance. We are very impressed with both the quality of the hot tub and the exceptional customer service. We would highly recommend Wellness to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive buying experience.

I would highly recommend Matt at the Burlington showroom. From first contacting Matt in the morning, we had the sale wrapped up delivery scheduled by the end of the day. I bought a 3yr old used Jacuzzi hot tub and every was in perfect condition. Delivery and set up went perfect and the whole transaction was seamless. The Wellness Shop were super professional and very responsive. I added the sale of the heavy duty cover lifter and I would highly recommend this when lifting the cover with snow and ice.
