Terrible customer service. Very rude and lack of communication. No customer management skills. Gave looks and negative behaviours especially the younger short lady. Was disgusted by the remarks and negativity. If you work with people who have medical conditions and disabilities you need to be kind and patient! That should be part of the training. Overall a very sad place to shop. The head office needs to review this location and its toxic negative environment. The staff do not care ahout their customers and it shows. I am so disappointed. I will never go there again.

We came into Wellwise in The Lawrence Plaza looking for help with my husband’s walker. Melanie immediately asked us if we needed help. We had an issue with the handles being too low so she spent quite a bit of time raising the handles on the walker. This was not an easy task as the holes were very difficult to align. She persisted and was able to fix the issue! Definitely we were very happy with the service that Melanie gave us! Highly recommend her!
