I was looking for a hard to find fastener for a snowmobile and decided to try White Cap Hamilton. I was greeted walking in the door and the salesperson behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Merry Christmas to me. Great staff and service. Came in for thread tap and die. The one I got were wrong sized, and custom built with no refunds (and expensive). When I returned and explained the issue, they replaced them for the different size, for free! They worked with me to solve my issue, especially Dean and the Store manager. Will shop again. Cheers!
