We brought my mother in for a hearing test and to get hearing aids, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything. My mother is very happy with her new hearing aids, and we truly appreciate the care and attention we received. Highly recommended!

One thing I really appreciated was their honesty. I was actually told that I didn’t need any services at the time, rather than being sold something unnecessary. It’s refreshing to find a clinic that genuinely puts the patient’s needs first and focuses on what’s best for them, not just making a sale. That experience left a lasting impression on me. Since then, I’ve referred several friends and family members, and every one of them has been extremely satisfied with the care, professionalism, and service they received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was looking for a good audiologist and trusted Google reviews. I brought my mom in for a hearing evaluation and potentially to get hearing aids, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. This felt like a “5-star” review clinic with 2-star treatment. First, during our appointment, the audiologist took a phone call while we were sitting right in front of her. I understand that calls can be important, but it would have been respectful to acknowledge us or briefly apologize for the interruption. That didn’t happen, which made us feel overlooked. Second, during the hearing test, she repeated testing on the same ear, and my mom had to point out that it had already been done. That raised concerns about attentiveness and care during the assessment. Lastly, the overall interaction felt uncomfortable. I can’t say for certain, but it felt like my mom was being treated differently because she wears a hijab. Whether intentional or not, that’s how it came across to us. We came in because of a genuine hearing concern—not casually—and expected a more professional and respectful experience. Not sure if the result can be fully trusted as they differ from a test that was done just a few months ago! Overall, this was quite disappointing. Reply to the recent msg posted by the business: Thank you for your response. However, the experience and emotions associated with the “care” provided during the service have already taken place, and that cannot be undone. At this point, I do not feel comfortable discussing this further, nor returning to your clinic to proceed with the hearing aids. I also do not believe it is my role to provide additional feedback or consultation to help improve your services.
