Excellent team of professionals! I have tinnitus (both ears) and minor hearing loss, hearing aids have been extremely helpful especially in treating tinnitus. Recently, I had an issue with one of my hearing aids that was out-of-warranty. It was fixed within 24 hours and the staff were very accommodating in my time of need. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to acknowledge how exceptional the service has been not only on this occasion, but also over the years. Hearing aids are not cheap, but the quality of life improvement is worth the cost. Remind younger people to turn down the music, tinnitus sucks!

Very unhelpful. Went in for a hearing test and trouble with newly developed tinnitus. They claim to do tinnitus retraining and the only advice I was given was to listen to white noise and a suggestion to purchase expensive maskers. I have emailed them and gotten no response.
