Today I took my mom to HearCANADA⁠� for a hearing test and to buy hearing aids. I had already booked appointments with 3 different clinics, and this was the first one we visited. But even without seeing the other 2 clinics, I decided to buy from HearCANADA because of the excellent experience we had. The practitioner we met, Reyjude Ramos, was incredibly positive and kind. He made my mom feel so comfortable, and after we got home she kept talking about how humble and caring he was. She was even telling other people about him. My sister and I asked many questions, sometimes repeating the same ones, but he patiently explained everything clearly every single time. He never made us feel rushed, and that really helped us trust the process. Because of how comfortable and confident we felt with him, I decided to buy the hearing aids the same day. Also, the receptionist was very sweet, polite, and welcoming. Thank you for the amazing service!

Reyjude has exemplary communication skills. He is extremely clear, articulate, patient, thorough. He empowers my mom and I with knowledge and takes the time, or allows me to take the time, to make sure my mom (in her 90s) understands. There is never any sense of rush, or pressure. I feel confident that he truly has my mom’s hearing needs (and general well being) in his best interests.

Reyjude Ramos practitioner is extremely thoughtful and caring. Wasn’t expecting a free test to be so extensive. Hearing was checked for all possible variables and results were showed on a graphic with detailed explanation. Highly recommend!
