  I am totally satisfied With the personalized service that I have gotten from amplify in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. They are friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to help you with any problems that you would have with your hearing aids I highly recommend them.

  I got my Oticon hearing aid from the Office on Medical Center 2 at the Boardwalk, Waterloo. A Chinese proverb says " cheap no good and good no cheap". The Oticon hearing aid (OHA) has many features, each of them fulfills a specific function. The main function is of course the hearing part. I spent more than 20 years without a hearing aid. The OHA gave me back my hearing but also a lot more. I can now watch TV, follow a conversation, enjoy music and not bother my wife to play the role of hearing aid. The customer service provided by the team of specialists was outstanding. They don't pressure you, they provide you with the technical data of the different OHA and they let you decide which one to pick. The team provides support and warranty for years and they are a phone call away in case I run into a problem. The support doesn't end when you get the OHA. I never run into a company that provides a better support. I thank my doctor for telling me about the Amplifon team in the same medical center 2 and floor when I told him my hearing is getting worse.   I knew I needed help hearing when I couldn't hear the TV at a normal level. On the recommendation of a physician I went to a company. The person did a hearing test and insisted on a particular type of hearing aid. I told him they didn't feel comfortable. He said I needed to get use to them. He gave me 60 days trial. A week later I returned them and left. I couldn't stand them at all. I discovered Amplifon on my own. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Then I met the technician. He was just as friendly and I felt quite relaxed. When the hearing test was finished he explained the areas of my hearing that had been affected. He showed me the hearing aids he recommended and taught me how to wear them. Amplifon offered 60 days trial but I didn't need it. Right from the first minute they were in my ears, they were comfortable and best of all, I COULD HEAR WELL! Over time the staff have become good friends with my husband and I. They continue to make sure my hearing aids are functioning as they should. If you are in the market for hearing aids this is the most satisfying, professional, up to date, friendly facility you could find. Give them a try and see for yourself!!!
