Peak upgraded 2 bathrooms for us. One was converted to a wet room roll in shower. Everyone was very knowledgeable in their fields, super friendly and very responsive to our questions/concerns. I would definitely hire Peak Improvements for my next reno project.

We had a fantastic experience with Peak Improvements, from start to finish, tearing down and replacing our entire master bath. It looks beautiful and just the way I had hoped. We plan another project in a year or two and would definitely go back to Peak since our experience was so great. The workers were all courteous and made our project very enjoyable. We had a great experience with Lori who helped guide us through choosing just the right materials and paint colors.

Taking on a renovation of this size can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re balancing family life and all the normal day-to-day responsibilities that continue while your house feels like a construction zone. From the start, communication was excellent. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. One thing that really stood out was how accurately they managed expectations and timelines. We were given a timeline at the beginning, and Peak Improvements absolutely delivered on it. In a world where renovation stories often come with delays and surprises, that level of reliability felt huge. We also want to give some well deserved shoutouts to the incredible team who made this experience such a positive one. Holly was actually our first introduction to Peak Improvements when we met her at the renovation show, and we're so glad that first conversation led us here.
