  We recently hired Kal from Bathroom Doctor for a full basement bathroom build, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, communication was professional, responsive, and transparent. We always knew what stage the project was at, what was happening next, and what to expect throughout the process. The workmanship was exceptional. The tile work is beautifully aligned, the shower finishing looks fantastic, and the overall attention to detail truly shows in the final result. It is obvious that Kal takes enormous pride in his work rather than simply rushing to get the job done. We also really appreciated how respectful and careful Kal was in our home. The workspace was cleaned up daily, dust and mess were kept under control, and everything was handled with care throughout the renovation. That level of professionalism makes a huge difference during a project like this. Pricing was fair and transparent from the start, and the project remained on budget, which we valued greatly. Partway through the renovation, there were some unexpected personal circumstances that required a short pause in the project. However, this was communicated clearly and professionally the entire time. We were kept updated regularly, and Kal worked extra days afterward to help make up for the lost time. We appreciated both the honesty and the effort to stay committed to the timeline. We are absolutely thrilled with our new basement bathroom and have already made plans to hire Kal again to renovate our en-suite bathroom. We would highly recommend Kal to others looking for high-quality bathroom renovation work.

It's rare to find someone who not only takes pride in what they do but treats your home and project with the same care and dedication as if it were his own home. Our home is nearly 75 years old, with layers of dated work beneath the surface. Kal took the time to strip everything back to the studs and rebuild it all with precision, care, and a modern touch. He updated every element with thoughtful attention, and by the time he pulled away with his truck and trailer, we were left with exactly what we had hoped for—if not more.
