Chairlift and service was great. However my mother passed away right after it was installed and only used it twice. The company has a no return policy because it was fitted for a two level stairs. It would have been very helpful if they could offer assistance to resale this very very expensive equipment. Even if it was for parts to recoup the financial loss to the customer. Maybe set up a web page on thier site where we could place the item for resale. Our maybe rebuy it back at a lower price. Because of thier no refund policy. I would recommend buying an outdoor lift because it is different to resale a house with the chairlift. Thanks

I got a scooter crane for the back of my truck. It's built very sturdy yet extremely easy to use. Bruno got the unit to my local installers even before I was ready to have it installed, can't ask for better service than that. When not in use the arm folds down to roughly 1 square foot so the rear view mirror is unobstructed, great design feature.

Just recently had our Bruno stairlift installed after our first lift needed to be replaced. So far it’s been great. Easy for my 21 year old daughter with C/P, right foot amputation and multiple other diagnosis to use. I lift her on and off and she is able to run the lift independently, even with contractures in both hands. She is safely strapped in and secured. I’m very happy with it. Great product!
