Excellent service! Technician arrived on time after calling ahead, explained what could be done for installing the grab bar in a difficult place, the charges and alternatives, and then proceeded to complete the job in less than a half hour, placing the bar carefully to cover holes in the wall. Previous experience with the same excellent service for the installation of three grab bars a couple years ago led me to call the company again for the fourth one, which was done to the same high standard. Great job!

This is a very professional operation and I was very impressed. My technician (Ed) texted and called me when he was enroute and even sent a GPS link so I could track his location. Once arrived, Ed listened to my concerns, gave his recommendations, and proceeded with the work. I had safety bars installed in (2) bathrooms. Ed did not try to upsell any products, but gave a really good presentation based on my concerns. I would definitely use this company again.
