I live in a building that has an elevator that Kona services. Problem is the elevator breaks down every 2 days s to 2 weeks. I’m at the point of not wanting to live anymore. I’m 72, I have severe pain in my hip. Just to get to the third floor, I have to rest for 5 minutes 3x. The rest The time it takes To struggling up the stairs takes about 7 minutes. Thats 22 minutes to get from bottom to top. By the time I get to my apartment, my heart feels weak, I’m out of breath and I’m sweating like a horse. I fear I’m literally going to die in the stairwell or have a stroke. KONA, WHATS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!

Absolute awful service. Our building has already been without an elevator for 11 weeks!!! Now we are being told we have to wait another 8 weeks before our elevator is repaired. Enough of the politics. Get it fixed!!! Richmond Elevator would have had it fixed already!!!

Our building bought 2 new elevators last year and they constantly have problems. Both our elevators currently not working with one being down for several weeks, while they "wait for parts?!" Thesd elevators are brand new and it's operating like one that is 20+ years old. Regret ever giving them the contract to replace our elevators. If you are a strata looking for new elevators stay away from these guys unless you want to get stairwell exercise.
