I had a great experience with Medi HealthCare! The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful—especially Mr. Samit, who went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The equipment was high quality, reasonably priced, and ready on time. It's rare to find such personal, attentive service these days. Highly recommend them if you're looking for mobility aids or home medical supplies in Calgary!

Rented a cold therapy machine for a month. After a few days of trying the machine wasn’t working. Would not get cold at all. Took the machine back and wanted to just cut the rental down to a week since it would not work. Employee would not even let me speak, dismissed my concerns, would not do a thing for me. Talked to me like I’m a fool. I wasn’t trying to get full compensation, just only pay for the time I had the machine not the full month but left out $180 now with no machine. Go somewhere else, save yourself some grief. Absolute waste of money. Went to shoppers and bought some ice packs instead.
