Otis, what a mediocre service! Calls, emails, no follow-up. If you need to buy an elevator or change service companies, forget Otis; their service is zero.

Everything they repair breaks down shortly afterward. Just look at the elevators and escalators for the REM. Always breaking down over and over. Otis comes. Breaks down again.
