Scott Puddicombe is a great guy who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with accessibility modifications, requirements for such accommodations, and standards relating to assisting, and accommodating people with disabilities. You simply couldn't find a better barrier free consultant anywhere. I would, and have recommended him to my clients, whom he has done a fantastic job for.
