Extremely disappointed with the service from Schindler. We have been waiting for months for parts for our cables, with no communication from them whatsoever. None of our emails o calls are being answered, not even an acknowledgment of receipt, which is completely unacceptable for a professional company. When a technician does arrive onsite, they are often ill-prepared and seem uncoordinated, both with us and among their own team. The lack of professionalism and organization is obvious, and we strongly advise against using this company if you expect reliable and responsive service.

Our building has a brand new Schindler elevator which hasn't worked in the past 6 weeks. Their rude and arrogant techs have unsuccessfully tried repairing it several times; albeit numerous promises from their service department. Service dispatcher refuses to answer his phone despite emails that promote contacting him if there's a problem. The service manager does absolutely nothing but hide whenever there's a complaint. A real joke of a company that claims to hold a high degree of Swiss excellence in their product. Corporate should witness this incompetence up close to realize how a few bad apples can destroy a company's reputation in very little time...

Not sure what is their specialty, but fixing elevators is not one of them. 2 out 4 elevators were working 1 year ago, and 1 year of work on them later... 0 out 4 are working. Incompetence at it's finest
