If i could only give zero stars, i would. Elevator is always not in service in one of the kay fours. They arrive and fix, then after few hours, not even a day,elevator is out of service again. Repeatitive, they cannot fix. Never trust this people who does not know what they are doing.

Our elevator has been down for two days and they have no idea when they’ll be out to fix it. We did not have this issue with our previous company. I’ll happily change this review if they get out soon. They did come out yesterday and it worked for a few trips and then nothing.

In May 2023, my company had two urgent service requests for two different buildings on our site over a one week period. On both occasions the technician arrived either the same day or the next day and had things running again. Very happy with the great service.
