Yes. Would give - stars if possible. This is the WORST excuse for any agency or staff that pretends to provide help people. the staff I met must have gotten there via Peter principle. They injured me. Left me suicidal at Christmas…no exit interview worse off and no support

CPAS is the worst, their only objective is to make sure you do not get access to services. They also are deceitful. I requested day program services for a loved one with dementia. They gave me the impression that my loved one was on a waitlist but when I repeatedly asked they finally were honest that no they were not even on the waitlist to be assesed. Forget about even being on the waitlist to go to the program. They did this to me again when I requested long term care. I was given the impression that they had done the assessment and my love one didnt qualify only to find out later they never actually did the assessment. My loved one has mobility issues, needs 2 caregivers to help with all tasks of daily living in addition to the dementia and memory problems. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Thanks for not covering my grandma she walk out of her condo and got lost looking for my grandpa that’s been dead for 9 years. Should be proud of how bad your service is thanks for nothing
